Terms of service.

The agreement

These terms govern your use of triburenaceres.com and your participation in any Renaceres retreat or program. By submitting an application, joining the waitlist, or paying a deposit, you agree to what’s below.

What we are

Renaceres is a small retreat host, a sub-brand of FamilyZen. We organize seven-day astrology retreats on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast for groups of 20–30 guests, aligned to one zodiac season at a time.

What we are not

Not medical care. Cacao, breathwork, and somatic practice are wellness experiences, not therapy or medicine. If you have a serious medical or psychiatric condition, consult your doctor before applying.
Not psychedelics. We don’t host or facilitate any psychedelic medicines. Ever.
Not a guarantee. We hold space and design a thoughtful week. What you take from it is yours.

Application + acceptance

Founding Soul applications are reviewed personally. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. If approved, you’ll receive deposit instructions within 48 hours. The deposit reserves your seat. The balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins.

What’s included

Six nights of lodging in Cahuita, Limón Province, Costa Rica
All ceremony, facilitation, and group sessions
Every meal from arrival dinner to departure breakfast
Private 1:1 chart reading with Cris before arrival
Round-trip ground transport from San José (SJO) airport

What’s not

Flights to and from Costa Rica
Travel insurance (we strongly recommend it)
Personal spa appointments and side trips
Tips for outside vendors

Conduct

We hold a small, intimate room. We expect mutual respect, presence, and care for the place. Behavior that endangers other guests, staff, or the local community can result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Photography + writing

We may photograph and write about the retreat for future Renaceres communications. We will not publish identifying photos of any guest without explicit consent. You retain rights to anything you share with us privately.

Liability

Travel involves risk. By participating you agree that Renaceres, FamilyZen, our practitioners, and our venue are not liable for: travel mishaps, illness or injury, lost personal property, or experiences you find emotionally challenging (some are part of the work).
