Refund policy.

Deposit · Edition 01 · The Garden Remembers

Your deposit reserves your seat and is fully refundable until July 12, 2026(60 days before the retreat begins). After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable but transferable to a future Renaceres edition (see below). Exact amount is shared on offer after we’ve read your application.

Full refund window

• Until July 12, 2026: 100% deposit refund, no questions asked. Email us and we’ll process within 5 business days.

After July 12, 2026

• The deposit becomes non-refundable, but it’s transferable to any future Renaceres edition for up to 24 months.
• You can also gift your transferred deposit to another guest with our approval.

Balance payments

The full retreat fee balance is due 60 days before the retreat begins (by July 12, 2026 for Edition 01 · The Garden Remembers, Sept 10–16, 2026). Cancellations after balance is paid:

• 61+ days out: 100% balance refund, deposit becomes a transferable credit
• 30–60 days out: 50% balance refund, deposit forfeited
• Less than 30 days: No refund. Transfer to a future edition possible at our discretion.

If we cancel

If Renaceres cancels Edition 01 for any reason — group size below threshold, force majeure, anything — we refund everything you’ve paid, in full, within 14 days. No exceptions.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance with trip-cancellation coverage. Renaceres can’t reimburse flights, lodging, or other travel costs you paid outside our deposit and balance.

How to request a refund or transfer

Email hello@triburenaceres.comwith your name and what you’d like. We respond within 48 hours. Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
