What we collect

When you join the waitlist or apply for a seat, we collect: your email address, name (if provided), phone number (optional), birth date, birth time, birth city (for chart purposes), the responses you write us, and how you found Renaceres.

We also collect basic browser metadata — IP address, user agent, page views, referrer — through Vercel Analytics in aggregated, anonymized form. When you click a Google Ad to reach us, Google Ads receives a conversion signal that an application was submitted, so we know which ads turn into seekers. When you submit an application, your email address is sent in hashed form to Google Ads so the conversion can be matched back to the ad click that brought you here — Google does not see your email in plain text and we do not use it to build remarketing audiences.

What we do with it

• Email: to write you back, send retreat updates, and (only with your consent) the occasional dispatch.
• Birth data: to prepare your natal chart for the retreat. Not shared with third parties.
• Application content: read by Cris and the small team to evaluate fit. Not used for marketing.
• Analytics: to understand which pages help people decide. Aggregated, never used to identify individuals.
• Google Ads conversion tracking: only to measure ad effectiveness. We don’t build remarketing audiences.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don’t share your application with practitioners, vendors, or partners without your consent.
• We don’t build remarketing audiences and we don’t run third-party display advertising.

Where your data lives

Application + waitlist data is stored in our Supabase database, in tables only the founder and the site’s server processes can write to. Email is sent through Resend (a transactional email provider). Payment processing (deposit and balance collection) is handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number. Site hosting is on Vercel.

Your rights

You can ask us to: see what we have on you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@triburenaceres.comand we’ll respond within seven days.

Changes

If we materially change how we handle your data, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
